This week: Graze launches into U.S. retail | Fruit d'Or, Taiyo collaborate on new ingredient

Fruit d’Or unveiled its new partnership with Taiyo, in the creation of the newly branded ingredient SunCran, which combines Fruit d’Or’s Organic Cranberry Juice Powder with Taiyo’s Sunfiber soluble guar fiber. SunCran is ideal for digestive health, leveraging the prebiotic benefits of Sunfiber with the benefits of cranberry juice, without the sugar, and can be used in medical foods that support nutrition, RTD beverages, bars, stick packs and scoopable powder, offered in both organic and conventional formulations.
