Brendan Brazier, the professional Ironman triathlete who formulates Vega products, has won a 2012 International Book Award for his most recent book, Thrive Foods: 200 Plant-Based Recipes for Peak Health(Da Capo Press). Winning the category “Health: General,” of the IBA is the latest in a stream of praise for Brazier’s third book.
