Fenchem doubles natural astaxanthin supply

Fenchem officially announced the completion of doubling the productivity for AstaMarin™ astaxanthin. In 2014, Fenchem will try to meet the quickly tightening market by enhancing productivity.

Fenchem AstaMarin Astaxanthin is naturally derived from Haematococcus pluvialis microalgae, cultivated in enclosed photo-bioreactors, with higher purity and consistency. Astaxanthin is a carotenoid nutrient best known for its strong antioxidant properties. On the market, there are two kinds of astaxanthin: naturally sourced and synthetic. Natural-origin astaxanthin has been in tight supply for a long time in the supplement market. AstaMarin natural astaxanthin provides several choices for supplement applications such as beadlets for tablets and oil for softgels.

Last year Fenchem established its fifth overseas office, in Koln, Germany. Fenchem brings more strong branded  products and fast delivery service to Germany and nearby countries, especially for the nutriceutical market, since the company has been in this market for almost 20 years.
