Natural foods retailers across the nation make Non-GMO Month bigger and better every year. To honor creative retail displays—one important way stores share the labeling message—the Non-GMO Project named five winners in its 2013 Retailer Endcap Contest.
The grand-prize winner is: North Coast Co-op, Arcata, Calif.
Runners up include:
- Papaya’s Natural Foods (Kapa’a, Hawaii)—most creative use of materials.
- Harvest Health Foods (Grand Rapids, Mich.)—most educational.
- Nature’s Food Patch (Clearwater, Fla.)—most artistic.
- Good Earth Natural Foods (Fairfax, Calif.)—most impactful.
