Biosint Nets GMP Seal

Larchmont, N.Y.—The National Nutritional Foods Association (NNFA) has expanded its role in regulating the supplements industry by granting Biosint USA—a raw materials manufacturer based here—its Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) seal of approval. Based on third-party inspections of manufacturing processes, the GMP seal is said to be an assurance of product safety and quality. Biosint is the first raw materials manufacturer to apply for and receive this designation from NNFA.
