Doctors get Nutrition Ed.

Cambridge, Mass.—Recognizing a growing need for nutrition-oriented continuing education, Oldways Preservation & Exchange Trust and Harvard University, both located here, have unveiled their new Continuing Medical Education (CME) program, "Nutrition for Health Professionals and Their Patients." Slated for a spring 2001 debut, the course—taught in and out of the classroom—will equip health practitioners with useful information on nutrition science, dietary behavior modification, healthy meal preparation and diverse cultural cuisines, so that they may better serve the needs and interests of their patients.
