Former Pfizer, Nestl president named Nuritas CEO

Nuritas appoints former Pfizer Nutrition and Nestlé president Emmet Browne as its chief executive officer. 

Nuritas Ltd. announced the appointment of former Pfizer Nutrition and Nestlé president Emmet Browne as its chief executive officer. 

Nuritas has developed a proprietary technology using big data techniques to discover bioactive, natural peptides for use in the functional and medical food, personal care and nutritional supplement markets, which are currently estimated to be worth €200B.

Browne brings 25 years working in the pharmaceutical, nutrition and health care sectors, including a key role in overseeing, preparing and delivering the sale of Pfizer Nutrition to Nestlé for €11.85B in the world’s biggest health care deal of 2012.

Nuritas founder Dr. Nora Khaldi said, “We are delighted that Emmet has joined as our new CEO.
