NP Nutra hires operations manager

Nature’s Power Nutraceuticals Corp. (NP Nutra), a leading manufacturer and worldwide bulk supplier of the finest grade botanical ingredients for dietary supplements, has announced the appointment of Greg Amelino as its new operations manager.

Greg started building a career right after high school when he was hired by one of the country’s leading international courier companies. Working while pursuing a degree in business administration and psychology, first at Santa Monica JC and later at the University of California, Los Angeles, Greg steadily climbed the career ladder to become a member of the company’s management team, overseeing transportation, warehouse and station operations.

Greg received numerous awards of recognition from the company he remained loyal to for 24 years, including the prestigious Golden Eagle Award, the highest award conferred by the courier company to a few but deserving employees whose efforts and accomplishments far outshine the rest.

Retiring at an early age, Greg started to venture into a new field. He started his own business making homemade all-natural ice cream and later worked as an account executive for a company procuring transportation, warehousing and distribution facilities for international customers

“Greg brings with him many years of relevant experience that will help further refine NP Nutra’s operations so it can better offer optimum quality of service to its continuously expanding customer base,” NP Nutra CEO Thomas Walton said on Greg’s appointment.

Greg is a native Southern Californian who loves sports and the outdoors. He goes hiking in the Sierra Mountain range, heads for the beach in the summer and skis in the winter. He enjoys spending his free time with family and friends.
