Sabinsa announces new CEO

Sabinsa is pleased to announce that Jayasankar (Jay) Nair has joined the company as CEO, based in the East Windsor, N.J., headquarters. He was previously part of the Sabinsa team as chief financial officer from 2001 to 2010, lending to his extensive knowledge of the Industry.

Jay spent 23 years with the State Bank of India in senior assignments specializing in marketing, business development, training and HR activities. He took up challenging roles in setting up the Centurion Bank, followed by a stint with IndusInd Bank. After his nine years as Sabinsa’s CFO, Jay was recruited to set up a US company for the large and diverse Muthoot Group, a 126 year old company based in India. He is also a well-known speaker in the banking industry, giving lectures on “Effective Communication” and “Marketing.”
