Stauber is pleased to announce Jim Schultz has been named President of Stauber California, effective April 13, 2015.

“Jim will be based out of Stauber’s Fullerton, California headquarters.  Initially he will have the primary responsibilities of leading our company wide Sales efforts, as well as helping to direct our Sourcing and Materials Departments,” stated Dan Stauber, CEO.

Mr. Stauber continued, “We are very pleased to have Jim join our Senior Executive Team, as his knowledge and experience well complements the current team - Steve Graham, CFO, Shirley Rozeboom, Sr. VP Sales,  Olivier Guiot, Sr. VP Business Development, Pat Wratschko VP Quality Assurance, and Sheri Esswein VP Business Development.”

Jim Schultz has been in the distribution business for over 30 years holding various Management and Executive positions with Univar, Brenntag, and most recently as Founder/CEO of Green Wave International (formerly DNP). Mr. Schultz has been responsible for executive oversight on supply chain, operations, corporate growth strategies, and development of product branding.  He has strong insight and history with China (having traveled extensively in China while establishing and managing operational companies within mainland China).  

Jim is a graduate of Cal Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, where he majored in Business Management.  At the same time, he had earned a scholarship to play for the Cal Poly basketball team as point guard, and later achieved his MBA.  Mr. Schultz is a family man who continues to participate in competitive sports, enjoys other outdoor activities, and life with his wife and three children.  Mr. Schultz noted that “I have known of Stauber since I first started in the industry many years ago.
