Priority Points Program

When  you Exhibit at a one of New Hope Natural Media Tradeshows (Natural Products Expo West and East, Club Industry Show, and Engredea (previously SupplyExpo).  Priority Points are what determine the order in which you can select a booth and/or hotel reservations are for the following year (of that show)

Historical Points + Show Points (Booth Points + Marketing (Integrated & Tradeshow) Points + Sponsorship Points) = Total Show Points

Historical Points are based on the number of years a company has exhibited at Natural Products Expos (East, West, Asia, NPA Market Place) and engredrea/ SupplyExpo since 1992 (exception: Expo East 2001 exhibitors received two points); Healthy Foods International Expo in 2008; Natural Products Association MarketPlace/Natural MarketPlace beginning in 2009; and the Natural Products Pavilion at Club Industry beginning in 2010. A maximum of one point is earned for each past show.  Historical points are the only points used for booth moves.

Show Points:
Booth Points, Marketing Points, and Sponsorship are given for (applicable show) contracted booth space, sponsorship participation, and marketing solutions as outlined below. Show points are applicable to the current year only; after show participation you will receive the 1 point for that show. These points DO NOT carry over to shows or years, they are show specific.

Marketing (Integrated + Tradeshow) Points

New Hope Natural Media offers integrated marketing solutions that provide the results you want.  As your total non-tradeshow marketing spend increases (a combination of print, event, and digital media trade and consumer promotion products), so do your priority points.

Integrated Marketing:
*Advertising in Natural Foods Merchandiser, Delicious Living, newhope360.com, Club Industry, Functional Ingredients
*Spend on sponsoring in NBJ Summit, Nutracon, and the Organic Summit

Show Marketing:
*Any amount of marketing spent on applicable show

Signed contracts must be on file at New Hope Natural Media by end of business day on the following dates for integrated marketing points to be included in calculations for the following shows. Integrated marketing spend points do not carry over to the next calendar year.
