Raw Material Supply Identified As a Big Challenge

According to the OTA/NBJ 2006 Organic Manufacturer Survey, just more than half (52%) of 212 respondents said lack of dependable supply of organic raw materials is restricting sales, while just under half (48%) reported that it was not an issue.
