1 tablespoon whole flaxseed
1 cup frozen peaches
½ cup frozen strawberries
½ cup pomegranate juice
½ cup plain, low-fat yogurt
Sweetener, to taste
1. Pulse flaxseed in a spice grinder or coffee mill until finely ground. Place peaches, strawberries, juice, and yogurt in a blender. Top with ground flaxseed and blend until smooth. Sweeten if desired.
