In this always-on world, connection—even physical—counts more than ever. And that includes in business too. This word—“connection”—emerged to me as I reviewed consumer and business trends that are changing retail as we know it with back-to-the-future sensibilities and nearly unimaginable futures. Whether it’s the unboxing of retail, small-scale shopping, eatertainment, do-good business, the wild wired world or other trends, connection is key.
Make connections in 2015 a top priority
Connecting may be the web word du jour, but consider adopting it as a guiding business principle, because, no matter the trend, this is key.
