Aecetia Foods debuts coconut oil supplement

Company has blended extra virgin coconut oil, organic sunflower lecithin and organic unsweetened cocoa to create Quoquos Coconut Oil Lecithin Cocoa.

The folks at Aecetia have blended extra virgin coconut oil, organic sunflower lecithin, and organic unsweetened cocoa to create Quoquos™ Coconut Oil Lecithin Cocoa, a tasty new dietary supplement whose developers say can boost energy and stamina while reducing fatigue and recovery time after exercise or strenuous physical activity.

“Coconut oil is already known for its many medicinal and immune-building properties, but studies now show that the oil’s high concentration of special fats called medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) can extend the duration of high-intensity workouts,” says Aecetia’s president, Kyrill Leutsch.

Quoquos is intended to be used as a daily supplement in smoothies or energy drinks, it can also be mixed with foods and as an ingredient in desserts. Blended in hot water, Leutsch says the cocoa-flavored supplement makes a delicious, all-natural replacement for coffee, offering not only a rich, smooth taste, but hours of sustained energy as well.

“It’s not only a great way to wake up your brain and lift the morning fog,  a cup of cocoa-flavored Quoquos makes a wonderful morning meal replacement, ” he says.
