NeoCell launches 2012 partnership with Vitamin Angels

NeoCell will donate 25 cents to Vitamin Angels for each product sold through Dec. 17.

NeoCell is again partnering with Vitamin Angels in an effort to help provide vital nutrients to children around the world.

From Sept. 17 through Dec. 17, NeoCell will donate 25 cents for every product sold to Vitamin Angels, a nonprofit organization dedicated to saving children's lives by providing them with essential nutrients. The group helps fight child mortality on a global scale by providing vitamin A and other micronutrients to children under the age of 5.

According to Vitamin Angels, a single 25-cent donation is enough to alleviate vitamin A deficiency in a child for one year, which can reduce child mortality by an average of 23 percent.

NeoCell partnered with Vitamin Angels for a similar effort last year, which resulted in a $29,000 donation—enough to provide nearly 120,000 children around the world with dietary supplements that they desperately need.

"It's a privilege for us to again partner with Vitamin Angels and help them carry out their mission of providing nutrition for children in need around the globe," said Jessica Mulligan, NeoCell vice president of sales and marketing. "It's a great way for our company and our customers to make a real difference in the lives of tens of thousands of children."

NeoCell is a leading manufacturer of nutritional supplements. The company's Collagen+C Tablets, Super Collagen Powder, Collagen+C Pomegranate Liquid, Collagen Sport, Resveratrol Antioxidant and other products are designed to improve health, beauty and wellness—naturally.
