Sensory evaluation confirms its ability to deliver at least 50 percent of the protein in high-protein extruded bar systems, and deliver excellent flavor and texture characteristics. By replacing milk proteins in such products, Supro(R) 430 offers the potential to significantly reduce formulation costs, while maintaining or improving taste, shelf-life and texture.
