Standard Process Named One of 5,000 Fastest-Growing Companies

INC. Magazine named Standard Process to its list of the 5,000 fastest-growing privately held companies in the United States for the third consecutive year. The company moved up 420 slots to number 3,987. Standard Process, which specializes in selling whole food-based supplements in the practitioner channel, achieved revenue growth of 51.2% between 2005 and 2008, according to INC. Total revenues reached $97 million in 2008.

INC. Magazine named Standard Process to its list of the 5,000 fastest-growing privately held companies in the United States for the third consecutive year. The company moved up 420 slots to number 3,987. Standard Process, which specializes in selling whole food-based supplements in the practitioner channel, achieved revenue growth of 51.2% between 2005 and 2008, according to INC. Total revenues reached $97 million in 2008.
 

The Inc. 5,000 is ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2005 through 2008. Qualifying companies had to be based in the United States, be privately held and not be subsidiaries or divisions of other companies. Companies also needed to have generated at least $200,000 in revenue in 2005 and at least $2 million in revenue in 2008.
