2007 Berry Health Benefits Symposium - June 11-12, 2007

The International Berry Health Benefits Council is inviting participants to the 2007 Berry Health Benefits Symposium to be held June 11-12, 2007 at the LaSells-StewartCenter on the campus of OregonStateUniversity , Corvallis, Oregon. The host sponsors for this event are:

The Symposium which will feature experts from around the world reporting on the latest research into the dietary intake of berries and its impact on human health. The symposium is also an educational and networking forum to facilitate the dissemination of the latest developments and advancements within the field of berry research.

The First International Berry Health Benefits Symposium held in Corvallis in 2005 was highly successful with attendance at 160, representing the manufacturing sector, the nutraceutical industry, berry processing, health and wellness professionals, editors of nationwide health publications as well as attendees from the academic and research and development areas.

A special issue of the Journal of Agriculture and Food Chemistry will be published containing the research

presentations of the 19 speakers. A poster presentation session will be held in conjunction with the primary sessions.
