24 Hour Fitness® Chain Deal Puts Health Club Panel Network Offering at Over 1,800 Clubs Nationwide

Los Angeles, CA—February 6, 2004--24 Hour Fitness®, the world's largest privately owned and operated fitness center chain has signed an exclusive, long term agreement with Health Club Panel Network™ (HCPN), the nation’s largest provider of advertising and marketing opportunities in health clubs. This addition increases the HCPN network to over 1,800 clubs nationwide – more than six times that of any other company in the industry – delivering over six million active, upscale and influential consumers every month to leading brands.

A unique and exciting new advertising medium, HCPN provides the bridge between health clubs and top national brands eager to advertise using panels and promotions in the highly impactful health club environment. HCPN will hold exclusive in-club media rights in the more than 300 U.S. 24 Hour Fitness® clubs and will immediately begin placing panels in each club in preparation for advertising from various members of HCPN's active client list, such as Nissan, Nestle, American Express, P&G, Atkins Nutritionals, Kraft and Pfizer.
