Acatris North American Food Business Announces Appointments

Acatris announces the appointment of Rob Le Guillou to the position of General Sales Manager for the Acatris North American Food Business, effective March 17th, 2003, as well as two Technical Sales Representatives, Tony Crosariol and John Conway.

Mr. Le Guillou will be a member of the management team, responsible for Acatris’ direct sales organization and will operate from the Oakville, Ontario office. A graduate of McGill University with a B.Sc.-Food Science, Mr. Le Guillou joins Acatris with extensive Sales and Marketing experience, most recently as General Manager of FIS Canada Incorporated, a division of Givaudan S.A. Prior to his most recent assignment, Rob’s earlier mandate at FIS included a role as Manager, New Business Development and Technical Account Manager. His appointment reflects a continued strengthening of the management team and will pave the way for significant growth of the North American Food business.

A graduate of Purdue University with extensive experience as an Analytical Chemistry Specialist and Food Scientist, Mr. Crosariol has for the past ten years worked in sales and sales management, selling to bakeries and flavour companies and as an industrial food broker. Mr. Crosariol will be responsible for the sale of food ingredients primarily in the Chicago area.

With a Ph.D. In Food Chemistry from Dalhousie University and a graduate Diploma in Management from McGill University, Dr. Conway has an extensive business, selling and technical background in the food, human health and nutrition (nutraceutical) and pharmaceutical industries. He will join the Dorval sales team, covering Québec, Eastern Ontario and the Maritime provinces.
