NEW YORK, Nov 4, 2003 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Advanced Plant Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (OTCBB:APPI), a company that utilizes whole plants through a proprietary (patent pending) manufacturing process to develop all-natural Whole Plant Pharmaceuticals and Nutritionals, announced that the company's exclusive marketing partner for Lo-Chol, Nutralife Pharmaceuticals. Inc. has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with the largest direct response television, catalog & retail distribution company in Spain for the marketing territories of Spain and Portugal.
In order to maintain its distribution exclusivity for Lo-Chol in Spain and Portugal, the distributor will purchase a minimum of 100,000 units of Lo-Chol. APPI's patented cholesterol reducing dietary supplement, over the next twelve months from Nutra-Life Pharmaceuticals, Inc. for resale.
