AIDP is cGMP registered by NSF International

NSF International announces that AIDP, Inc. is cGMP Registered, confirming that the ingredient supplier is compliant with NSF's current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

NSF International, a leading public health and safety organization, announces that AIDP, Inc. ( is cGMP Registered, confirming that the ingredient supplier is compliant with NSF's current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). The approval by NSF International indicates that AIDP complies with the requirements of NSF/ANSI Standard 173, Section 8., which are consistent with the FDA's cGMP regulations for dietary supplements as defined in 21 CFR section 111. As one of only a handful NSF cGMP registered ingredient suppliers, AIDP is an industry leader in safety and purity standards.

cGMPs are regulations outlined by the FDA, which require that the processes by which dietary supplement ingredients are produced are safer and free of possible contamination. This includes all aspects of the manufacturing process, from raw material control to finished product release, as well as employee training, validation of testing equipment, traceability and facility maintenance.

"We are very proud that NSF recognizes the high standards that we at AIDP strive so hard to maintain," says Tim Yamasaki, VP Operations. "With this cGMP registration, AIDP's clients can be confident that they are sourcing ingredients that meet requirements above and beyond industry standards."

"NSF cGMP registration demonstrates compliance with all cGMP regulations and underscores AIDP's ongoing commitment to quality," said Ed Wyszumiala, General Manager of NSF's Dietary Supplements Certification programs.

By voluntarily registering for cGMP approval, AIDP has attained independent third party verification that all the ingredients it supplies meet or exceed industry manufacturing standards. With FDA asserting that some unscrupulous companies have threatened consumer confidence by selling tainted products containing undeclared prescription drugs and other chemicals, suppliers like AIDP seek NSF cGMP registration to prove to their clients that its products are safe from the moment they are produced to the moment they are delivered, inspiring confidence and peace of mind.
