Flynn has extensive experience in the natural product industry, specifically in raw materials sales. He has a strong career track of helping manufacturers integrate new ingredients into a variety of product applications, and is a consultative resource for BI's marketing companies, contract manufacturers and formulation customers.
Phillips has worked for BI Nutraceuticals for more than nine years. He has held positions including marketing manager, product manager and director of sales. As vice president of marketing and sales for the Americas/Europe, Phillips will be responsible for overseeing sales, product management and customer service in those regions, as well as all marketing functions.
Swenson has been with BI for more than nine years and has held positions including buyer/planner, materials manager and operations manager. As vice president of global sourcing, Swenson will oversee the purchasing of all products and will manage BI's sourcing office in Long Beach, Calif., as well as BI's Wai Gai Qiao trading company located in Shanghai, China.
