Biokleen hires regional sales director

Miller comes to Biokleen after serving as national sales manager for Eden Foods.

Biokleen, a leading manufacturer of natural household cleaners, is eager to announce Richard J. Miller as its new director of sales for the Eastern/Midwest territory. Based out of Pinckney, Mich., Miller will oversee regional accounts and sales to ensure Biokleen’s continued growth in the natural and conventional markets.

Mr. Miller brings more than 30 years experience working in the natural and retail products industry. Previously to Biokleen, Miller acted as the national sales manager for Eden Foods based in Clinton, Mich. Miller was responsible for continuous support and direction for both ‘Inside and Outside’ Regional Managers and successfully increased national sales during tough economic times. Richard’s experience also includes a management role with Hiller’s Market of Southfield, Mich.; Farmer Jack’s/A&P Supermarket of Detroit; and 17 years of continued growth with Hiller’s Market of Southwest, Mich.

Miller earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University in Midland, Mich., and a Master of Science in Management/Marketing from Walsh College in Troy, Mich. “Richard is the whole package,” says Cindy Rimer, vice president of sales and marketing. “Richard has a proven track record of success in the natural and retail products. The combination of his previous work experience and education made him a prime candidate for the position,” says Rimer. “I’m extremely excited to welcome Richard to the Biokleen family and have no doubt he’ll help expand Biokleen’s presence in the Eastern and Midwest markets.”
