Biorigin, a company specializing in the development of innovative natural ingredients for animal nutrition and human food, announces the contracting of a specialist in human food products applications for the European market.
The company now has Mr François Decaris, food technologist Master in Molecular Biology from the UER des Sciences de Limoges.
Mr Decaris has worked for important companies of the food sector and accumulated over 24 years experience as a project leader, Research and Development manager, savory dish flavorist and food technologist.
At Biorigin, Mr Decaris will be in charge of technical support and product applications for the European market. Located in the Belgium unit, he will work in collaboration with Biorigin Research and Development Center in Brazil.
This new contracting intends to strengthen Biorigin's positioning on the European market and improve customers’ service. According to Europe sales manager, Yves Verger: “The Technical Support will develop the knowledge and tools required by all products to meet the needs of clients and distributors”.
Biorigin has products derived from yeast in its portfolio of ingredients for human food, such as yeast extract, inactive dry yeast, autolysed and torula yeast, as well as natural taste enhancers that enable the salt reduction in the final products and the promotion of natural and healthy ingredient appeal.
