(PINK SHEETS:BGBV) announces that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of Epic Nutrition, Inc. a manufacturer and distributor of their own proprietary brands Quick NRG Energy Shot™, Goodnight™ (Sleep & Relaxation Supplement), NRG Pro-N-Go™ (Protein Energy Shot) and COLDsense™ natural cold and flu remedy.
