Earlier this year, Carlson Laboratories invited creative cooks to submit their favorite recipe using Carlson award-winning Norwegian Fish Oils. After reviewing all of the entries, the three winning recipes were selected on a 100-point scale based on healthfulness, taste, creativity, aesthetics and practicality by a panel of judges.
