BEIJING, Dec 27, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- China Health Holding (NASD OTCBB: CHHH), a developer, marketer and manufacturer of natural herbal supplement products based on traditional Chinese Medicine, announced today the formation of its Scientific Advisory Board.

The Company has attracted knowledgeable, experienced and successful directors, advisors and management to guide its development process. The Company is currently in discussions with and actively recruiting world class scientific and pharmaceutical and TCM (traditional Chinese medicine) specialists, as well as prominent, highly experienced business advisors to join the Company's scientific advisor board and board of directors and world-class management team.

Professor Yu, Edward (X.F.): Chief TCM Advisor

Instrumental in the development of numerous natural products for China Health Holding, Inc., Professor Yu was elected to the Board and appointed Vice President in 2004. Past President and Director of Beijing's Taoist Tantric & Toltec Research & Development Centre, he is currently a Research Scientific Consultant at the city's Central TSM Research & Development Institute. Presently a professor in the Department of Philosophy, Professor Yu teaches Taoism, Taoist Medicine and Indian classical philosophy and religion at Beijing's University of CCCP.

Dr. Ma, Yua-Chun : Chief Scientific Advisor

Dr. Ma, the President/CEO of Canadian Phytopharmaceutical, specializes in Research & development and manufacturing of botanical and natural pharmaceutical products. He received an M.Sc. at HuBei University, PR China and Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Science at the University of Portsmouth, England. He served as senior consultant for Health Canada and Agriculture Canada and also for the National Research Council of Canada in R &D on standardization for Natural Health Products in BC Canada.

Professor Fan, Zheng-lun : Co-Chief TCM Advisor

In 1982, Professor Zheng-Lun Fan acquired his MSC in Liao-Ning College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. During the past five years, he has been a Research Fellow at Cui Yue-li Research Center of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Professor Fan also is a MSC, Professor, Chief Physician Research Fellow at Cui Yue-li Research Center of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Beijing, P.R. China. Prof. Fan is an expert of Chinese medicine at the national level in P. R. China and he has practiced Chinese medicine for more than 40 years.
