Chubb and Kolliniatis Join Amin Law As Associates

(Chicago, IL) July 14, 2005 – Laura A. Chubb and Christina Kolliniatis have joined Amin Law LLC, a Chicago-based legal practice specializing in FDA, FTC, USDA, U.S. Customs and related regulatory matters. The announcement was made by Rakesh Amin, the firm’s managing partner.

Chubb, who received her J.D. cum laude from Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis, specializes in FDA and related regulatory affairs including product approval, labeling and advertising, trademarks and copyrights and patent law including prosecution, patentability and infringement options.

Chubb is a registered patent attorney with the USPTO and licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois and federal courts nationwide. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.

Kolliniatis is responsible for FDA and related regulatory projects, intellectual property, contracts and litigation matters. She provides Amin Law clients with legal counsel and guidance in complying with federal and state regulations and securing FDA approvals.

Previously, she was with the Food and Drug Administration’s Office of Regulations and Policy at the Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition in College Park, MD. In this position she was active in regulatory compliance and enforcement.

Kolliniatis received her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law where she concentrated on FDA, Biotechnology and IP law. She is a member of the Hispanic Law Association, Women’s, Chicago, American and Illinois State Bar Associations.
