Clean Age Minerals, VitaminSpice enter into joint venture

Clean Age Minerals, Inc. and VitaminSpice have executed an exclusive agreement to work together to produce products based on Clinoptilolite.

Clean Age Minerals, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Daleco Resources, Inc. (OTCBB: DLOV) (www.DalecoResources.com) and VitaminSpice (OTCBB: VTMS) (German WKN: AOYE4L) (www.vitaminspice.net) have executed an exclusive agreement to work together to produce products based on Clinoptilolite, a naturally occurring mineral in the Zeolite family with unique abilities to remove toxins including heavy metals from the environment and in addressing the effects of radiation. The venture will utilized Clinoptilolite from Clean Age Minerals’ deposit located in Presidio County, Texas.

Gary Novinskie, Vice President of Clean Age Minerals stated, “Clinoptilolite is an amazing natural mineral with unique capabilities that we have applied to the treatment of wastewater and the remediation of other contaminants for years. While there are many studies pointing to the effectiveness of the mineral in humans, until now, we have not been able to exploit this opportunity. We are pleased to be entering into this joint venture with VitaminSpice so that, a safe and natural product for human detoxification can be developed.”

“VitaminSpice has always had a Detox Product concept planned as an extension of our existing product line. The events in Japan and our relationship with Clean Age Minerals have moved up our timeline. We are working closely with Clean Age Minerals to bring as much product into production as possible. VitaminSpice is already working with potential distribution partners in Japan and on the Internet,” stated Edward Bukstel, CEO of VitaminSpice.

"The recent events at the Fukushima Daiichi reactor complex in Japan have revived the need for an effective product that can protect the population from radioactive isotopes on a scale not seen since the 1986 Chernobyl reactor incident. In partnering with Clean Age Minerals to provide an established agent which can capture radioactive isotopes of Iodine and Cesium and remove them from the body we can help reduce the effects of radiation on exposed humans," stated Richard F. Seelig, MD, and Chief Medical Officer of VitaminSpice Corp.
