DairiConcepts has expanded its Supernatural Concentrates product line beyond the original cheddar, American and blue cheese flavor varieties to include a broad range of flavors and blends for ethnic cheeses, cream cheese, butter, cream, sour cream and yogurt—many with kosher, halal and organic certifications.
Supernatural Concentrates' ease of use combined with an extensive range of flavors and strengths also provide opportunities for innovative product development. The company continues to increase its standard offerings, while producing application-specific flavors to meet the needs of its customers.
Supernatural Concentrates deliver maximum flavor impact with a smaller amount of product than is required to produce the same flavor with standard bulk ingredients. The concentrates are made from real dairy products in a range of intensities of three to 20 times the natural flavor. They contain no artificial or synthetic components and generally support clean label declarations. Most of DairiConcepts' more than 70 standard varieties are low in trans fat.
These paste-like ingredients are easy to integrate into existing applications. The applications are extensive, including uses in dressings, sauces, soups, frozen entrees, fillings, dips, process cheeses and baked goods. They work well with aseptic, retort and hot-fill processes.
Supernatural Concentrates are shipped refrigerated with a storage requirement of 32-40 degrees Fahrenheit; however, if refrigeration is not possible, certain varieties are available in a powdered format.
