D.D. Williamson congratulates Andrew Barry, Greg Bricker and Laura Rarus, the team from Ohio State University, for winning its second annual Natural Coloring Competition for Students. The winning entry is a gelatin dessert in peach, raspberry and grape varieties.
As team captain, Barry is awarded a trip to the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) Annual Meeting, June 26-28 in Las Vegas. DDW will display the winning poster at IFT Food Expo. Meet Barry and Bricker to discuss their application on Wednesday, June 27, 2:30 to 3 p.m. at booth 1551.
