(DHPI) (Frankfurt Stock Exchange:DEH) headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, announced today that it entered into a ten-year joint venture with Hebei YiXian Food Company of China to jointly invest in a new cooperative company in China. The new company will provide to the Chinese marketplace a new generation of nutritional drink.

Hebei YiXian Food Company of China was established in 1975 and has over 700 employees.
