DKSH to provide marketing services for Sinerga in China

DKSH and Sinerga S.p.A. have finalized an agreement under which DKSH’s Business Unit Performance Materials will provide sales, logistics and distribution services to Sinerga in Greater China, including Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.

DKSH and Sinerga S.p.A. have finalized an agreement under which DKSH’s Business Unit Performance Materials, a leading specialty chemicals and food ingredients distributor, will provide sales, logistics and distribution services to Sinerga in Greater China, including Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. The collaboration started on May 1, 2011.

Under the arrangement, DKSH will distribute Sinerga’s high performance personal care raw materials, such as natural surfactants, emulsifiers, preservatives and functional ingredients, which are used in skin and hair care products.
