Dr. Sears Family Essentials appoints marketing vice president

Dr. Sears Family Essentials announced Roeya Badri Vaughan has been appointed Vice President of Marketing. In her new role, she is charged with driving awareness and sales of the doctor-formulated, kid-approved line of 100 percent all-natural snacks, beverages, and supplements.


Dr. Sears Family Essentials, the functional food and beverage company rooted in the collective expertise of the Sears Family of Pediatricians, announced Roeya Badri Vaughan has been appointed Vice President of Marketing. Vaughan brings to Dr. Sears Family Essentials a strong background in kid and family marketing and a successful fifteen-year track record in consumer goods. In her new role, she is charged with driving awareness and sales of the doctor-formulated, kid-approved line of 100 percent all-natural snacks, beverages, and supplements.

Vaughan most recently served as head of product marketing at Arbonne, where she spearheaded the re-launch of their flagship anti-aging skincare line, introduced a comprehensive cosmetics line, and developed a breakthrough line of nutrition products. Her experience also includes a management role at Mattel, Inc. where she led product development and marketing efforts for several brands within the girls' portfolio, including Barbie. In her new position at Dr. Sears Family Essentials, Vaughan will leverage her experience to increase awareness and exposure for the Dr. Sears Family Essentials brand and its innovative products, such as Popumz All-Natural Crisps and Cool Fuel beverages.
