Expo East Preview

Healthy Foods Drives Innovation
Product developers, brand managers, ingredients buyers, and executives in the functional foods and nutritional ingredients sectors will appreciate the inaugural Healthy Foods Conference, part of the Natural Products Expo East education programme.

The Healthy Foods Conference brings together leading manufacturing companies that are driving innovation in the food and beverage industry. Featured in the conference are case studies of companies at the forefront of developing healthy products in response to new and emerging consumer lifestyle trends.

The day-long event takes place Thursday, Oct 14, at the Renaissance Hotel, adjacent to the Expo East convention centre. It will also provide opportunities for suppliers, manufacturers and marketers to network and develop new contacts and business relationships.

Access to the Healthy Foods Conference allows attendees free access to all of Natural Products Expo East, Organic Products Expo and Biofach America 2004. The Healthy Foods Conference is sponsored by Functional Foods & Nutraceuticals and Stagnito?s New Products Magazine and is organised by New Hope Natural Media.

Biofach is an organic bounty
Food formulators will discover a bounty of certified organic ingredients to formulate cutting-edge new products at the Organic Products Expo/Biofach America 2004 show, part of the Expo East extravaganza. Organic sales have now reached $10.8 billion in annual sales, according to Nutrition Business Journal. Don?t miss out on the 20 per cent annual growth rate since 1990! Organic ingredients offer companies the chance to gain even higher price premiums for their end products. Expect ideas for new product launches, and source ingredients from hundreds of companies representing 12 countries and thousands of products.
