Food Ingredients Europe takes place at the end of this month in Paris and new this year is the natural ingredients pavilion, which joins the spice, organic, service and country pavilions. Building on the success of Food Safety and Hygiene 2004, providers of cleaning and sanitising, microbiology, laboratory instrumentation, and quality control products and services will once again showcase their capabilities. Food safety will also feature prominently in the conference?s Food Safety & Innovation seminars, organised in conjunction with NIZO food research and Food Safety Magazine. Speakers from industry organisations will share expert insight into new technologies, regulatory changes and new product development strategies.
Another highlight will be the Most Innovative Ingredient Awards, which honour the industry?s most inventive ingredients, leading-edge technology and prized research. Nominees will deliver presentations at a dedicated seminar on the opening day of the show. The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony on Nov 29.
