Archon Vitamin Corporation appoints new president
Archon Vitamin Corporation, a manufacturer of vitamins, minerals, herbals and other nutritional products, has appointed Christopher Rohde president. Rohde will be responsible for the management and day-to-day operations of the Archon manufacturing facility and its 70 employees.

Improve USA, Inc. announces completion of new Proeza processing facility
Improve USA, Inc. has completed its third expansion in the last four years with the new Proeza processing facility in Jaumave, Mexico. The 67,000-square-foot facility is dedicated to processing the DaltonMax700® Aloe Vera Dehydrated Powder and can process 80 tons of leaves each day. This new facility houses the R&D labs as well as full microbiology.

ChromaDex, Inc. completes reverse merger with Cody Resources, Inc.
ChromaDex, Inc. completed its merger with CDI Acquisition, Inc., the wholly-owned subsidiary of Cody Resources, Inc. The transaction enables ChromaDex to be wholly owned by a company whose shares are publicly traded. In connection with the Merger, Cody changed its state of incorporation from Nevada to Delaware and changed its name to ChromaDex Corporation.

Horn named Solbar North American business director
Solbar Industries Ltd., Israel, has appointed Greg Horn to direct the company's business, marketing and sales activities in North America (U.S. and Canada), beginning August 1. Horn will be responsible for implementing Solbar's business marketing plan focused on specialty soy proteins including isolates, functional and textured soy concentrates and Solbar's Bontex steam-textured soy proteins.
