GTC Nutrition To Present At The International Dairy Foods Associations Cultured Dairy Products Conference

GOLDEN, Colorado, Monday, May 23, 2005 – GTC Nutrition, a business unit of Corn Products International, Inc. (NYSE: CPO), announced today that the Company will give a scientific presentation at the International Dairy Foods Association’s (IDFA) Cultured Dairy Products Conference, which has been organized to present new trends in cultured product technology and marketing. The conference is scheduled to take place May 24-25, 2005 at the Courtyard by Marriott at the Depot in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

GTC Nutrition is one of the select few industry experts invited by IDFA to participate in the conference, which will focus on innovative ingredients, including prebiotic fiber. GTC Nutrition’s presentation, “Calcium Absorption and Prebiotic Fibers” will be conducted by the Company’s scientific affairs manager, Linda C. Douglas, Ph.D., R.D.
