GTC Nutrition to Present at Meeting of Applied Sciences

Company to Attend Meeting in Recognition of Montana S.A.’s 40th Anniversary

GOLDEN, Colorado, Thursday, November 11, 2004 – GTC Nutrition, a business unit of Corn Products International, Inc. (NYSE: CPO), announced today that the Company will give a technical presentation at the Meeting of Applied Sciences, which has been organized in recognition of Montana S.A.’s 40th anniversary. The meeting is scheduled to take place November 11 and 12, 2004 at the Museo de la Nación in Lima, Peru.

GTC Nutrition is one of the few industry experts invited by Montana S.A. to participate in the meeting. The two companies work closely together to promote health and a better quality of life worldwide as Montana S.A. serves as the distributor of GTC Nutrition’s specialty ingredients in Peru. GTC Nutrition’s presentation, “The Benefits of Fructooligosaccharides for Calcium Absorption,” will be conducted by the Company’s food applications manager, Juliana Zeiher.
