Providence, RI, May 14, 2003 – Health Strategy Consulting (HSC) announces the continuation of its Health Strategy Network global conference series with its Pan-Pacific event in Sydney Australia, July 23-25, 2003, to be followed by the Tokyo venue October 15-17, 2003. These unique events, designed for unequalled knowledge sharing and robust networking, will follow in the format of the immensely successful and thought provoking North America Conference which took place in Ontario, Canada in February of this year.

“With the success of the North America event, we set a high bar for ourselves and high expectations for future conference participants. We’re eager to present the next in the series,” said Tom Clough, Managing Director of Health Strategy Consulting. “HSC has fulfilled a need among strategic decision makers in our arena for the study and discussion of high-level market data, and meeting platforms that allow for relationship building. At the North America event, we had a great turnout of smart, accomplished people, who shared insightful diverse perspectives from across the entire value chain of our industry. And relationships formed at this event have already produced business arrangements. We are especially excited about the Sydney event, where we plan to bring both regional and global industry insights as they pertain to the Australasian market, in addition to case studies and panel discussions.”

The Sydney Conference will be held at the downtown Sydney Marriott, the Tokyo venue is yet to be announced.

Information about the conference, including registration details, can be found at: The Conference Series will continue in 2004 with the North America event scheduled for February 19-21 in Cancun, Mexico and future events to be announced.

HSN North American Conference Recap:

Participants at the event north of Toronto, Canada reviewed and discussed case studies featuring Nestlé’s LC-1, Natrol, Inc., Nurture, Inc. and Cadbury Schweppes/Snapple. Steve Allen, Vice-President, Business Development, Nestlé USA, appreciated the “great in-depth look and analysis of some important and fundamental business questions.” He added, “The event also provided a great social opportunity to interact with key people in our industry.”

Elliott Balbert, President & CEO of Natrol noted, “This case presentation was innovative, and after countless industry events, it provided such a refreshing approach to have executives from all levels dissecting each case, providing definitive concepts and ideas that had real application in our own businesses. In fact, as one of the event case studies, it was worth tangible business value having our peers view our strengths and landmines. Kudos to HSC.”
