Healthy TV Series a Hit With Cable Viewers

National healthy TV series “Alive & Well with Michelle Harris” has received a major boost in their broadcast schedule. Starting in July, the show will begin airing five episodes every week. Alive & Well currently airs Saturdays (6PM Eastern, 3PM Pacific) on national cable network GoodLife TV, with a subscriber base of over 13 Million households and adding over 100,000 new households every month. The series airs coast to coast, reaching all top 200+ markets in the U.S. The show, a regular network program, not a paid program or infomercial, presents credible information on natural foods, nutrition and health trends in an entertaining magazine-style format.

The positive response and increasing popularity of the series prompted the network’s request for more episodes and an increased broadcast schedule. Alive & Well Executive Producer Mark Harris commented “We knew the show would grow quickly, but this exceeded our early expectations. This is great news for us, our viewers and especially to our advertisers and sponsors, who will obviously benefit from the increased exposure that this schedule will provide.”

Alive & Well was also recently recognized by the television / video industry with both a 2002 Aegis Award for outstanding production quality and a 2002 Videographer Award for on-camera talent and creativity. Other recipients of these awards have included The Rosie O’Donnell Show, 20/20 and Good Morning America.
