Herbalife Appoints Michele Crocker as Vice President of Organizational Development

LOS ANGELES, Jul 11, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Herbalife Ltd. (HLF) announces the appointment of Michele Crocker to the newly-created post of vice president of organizational development.

Crocker will be responsible for the creation and global execution of the company's organizational development plan worldwide, a fundamental component of the company's infrastructure strategy, one of five key initiatives the company developed as part of its five-year plan.

The organizational development plan will focus on improving company performance by developing the effectiveness of leadership, creating a leadership pipeline, standardizing the process across the company worldwide, and fostering a learning culture to ensure employees have the required tools and skills to successfully execute the five year plan.

Crocker has been with Herbalife for six years, most recently serving as vice president of distributor services for North America. She brings a unique perspective to this role as a result of her work experience in both the home office and in the European region where she served as vice president distributor services Europe. Prior to joining Herbalife, Crocker held senior management positions at British Airways, UPS, DHL and Cable and Wireless Communications.
