IMG's Hilton to Discuss Functional Food and Beverage Market Trends in Nutrition Business Journal Webinar

This Thursday, 1 April 2010, natural products industry veteran and branding expert Jeff Hilton will sit on the expert panel of Nutrition Business Journal's (NBJ) 2010 Functional Food and Beverage Web Seminar. Hilton, partner and co-founder of Integrated Marketing Group (IMG), a marketing agency specializing in natural products branding, will discuss the issues and trends that will help shape the functional food and beverage market in 2010 and beyond. Hilton will join NBJ's editor and research manager, Carlotta Mast and Carla Ooyen, respectively, from 1 to 2:30 p.m. MDT in a live online discussion of the U.S. functional foods and beverage market.

"Despite the economic downturn, sales of functional foods and beverages have continued to increase," says Hilton. "In order to keep functional sales growth and market expansion on the upswing, suppliers, manufacturers and retailers alike need to be aware of approaching regulatory, scientific and consumer confidence issues that will impact the category."
