Experts to Discuss Benefits, Risks to Suppliers
SALT LAKE CITY, April 18, 2006 - Jeff Hilton, president and co- founder of Integrated Marketing Group (IMG), a marketing and branding agency servicing a national and international clientele, has been invited to moderate a panel discussion on co-branding ingredients on Tuesday, May 2, 2006 from 9 - 9:50 a.m. at the SupplySide East International Tradeshow and Conference in Secaucus, N.J. Alongside panel members Larry Kolb of Technical Sourcing International (TSI) and Wayne McCune of AloeCorp, Hilton will lead a discussion on "The Benefits and Risks of Co-Branding."
The panel will lend their expertise to a discussion of the pros and cons of ingredient branding within the natural products industry. Specifically, Hilton will address when it makes sense to co-brand, as well as how to do it effectively; McCune will speak to the benefits and risks of co-branding ingredients; and Kolb will discuss the roles of scientific validation, cGMP's and quality assurance in successful co-branding. The panel will also examine the future of co-branding, including emerging trends and strategies.
"Although ingredient branding has become increasingly popular, it is important that suppliers thoroughly examine co-branding options to ensure it is the right strategy before moving ahead," says Hilton.
"It is the goal of this panel to share our experiences and insights with suppliers to help them decide if they are willing to commit the resources required to effectively co-brand their ingredients."
