This Earth Day, Integrated Marketing Group (IMG) took to Salt Lake City streets to recognize mass- transit commuters for their earth-friendly transportation choices by gifting packets of drought-tolerant flower seeds including sunflowers, daisies and bachelor's buttons. IMG, specialists in the field of natural and sustainable marketing, also established April 22 as the company's Alternate Transportation Day wherein IMG employees left their cars at home and traveled to work using a low-impact mode of transportation such as light rail, bus, bike or by foot.
"This Earth Day has been a great opportunity to set personal and company goals for reducing our impact on the earth and its resources,"
stated IMG co-founder and partner Jeff Hilton. "As active participants in the natural products industry for more than a decade, we see the healthy and sustainable lifestyle making its way into the mainstream; IMG is proud to increase awareness of that ideology on Earth Day and everyday."
