Ken Sadowsky joins Inergetics advisory board

Sadowsky brings extensive experience in distributing top non-alcoholic beverage brands.

Inergetics, Inc., announces that Ken Sadowsky has joined the Inergetics Advisory Board. The newly founded Advisory Board for Inergetics, Inc. now includes Jeffrey Wattenberg of Santa Barbara, California, Dr. David Blecker of Margate, New Jersey and Ken Sadowsky of Miami, Florida. Mr. Sadowsky will continue to guide the emergence and increased awareness of the Surgex brand and its functional beverage products.

Mr. Sadowsky was a principal of Atlas Distributing Inc., overseeing the non-alcoholic beverage division which he created. Under Ken's guidance, Atlas was one of the first distributors of Snapple, Red Bull and vitaminwater as well as SoBe, Hansen's, Monster, Honest Tea and others. He was a director of Energy Brands, Inc. (Glaceau) makers of Glaceau vitaminwater, smartwater, and fruitwater from 2000 to 2006 when the company sold a minority interest to The Tata Group. The company eventually sold to Coca Cola for over $4.1 Billion. He also does marketing consulting work in the beverage industry for Fusion5 Marketing Innovations (sold in 2003 to the WPP Group) and

Ken is also the Senior Beverages Advisor for Verlinvest. Verlinvest is a Brussels based investment holding company founded by family tied to Interbrew (InBev). Interbrew is now ABI (Anheuser Busch InBev). Ken advised on the Sambazon investment, and now serves on the Advisory Board. In addition Ken is the Executive Director of NIDA, a group of independent beverage distributors in the Northeast of the USA who are members of a trade association.
