LONDON, ON, September 22, 2004 â KGK Synergize Inc. (KGK), a contract research organization providing research services to the nutraceutical and functional food industry, has welcomed the newest addition to the laboratory, Mr. Joshua Baisley as the Laboratory Manager, located in the Health Services Building, London Health Sciences Centre (South Street). Mr. Baisley a graduate from University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Science specializing in Microbiology, has extensive experience in cell culture, monoclonal antibody production and immunological assays.
Mr. Baisley joins KGK after 2 years as Laboratory Manager with Diabetogen, a London Ontario based biotechnology company. KGK Synergize has also closed a deal with Diabetogen, purchasing $0.5Million of new laboratory equipment allowing KGK to offer a wide range of new laboratory testing including protein determination, scintillation assays, chemiluminesence, and microbiological and molecular biological assays.
