Mannatech Announces Departure of Chief Operating Officer

Mannatech, Incorporated, a leading developer and provider of proprietary nutritional supplements, weight management products and skin care solutions, today announced that Terence L. O'Day will resign his position as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Global Operations effective November 30, 2008.

Wayne Badovinus, Mannatech's president and CEO, commented, "We are appreciative of Terry's many valuable contributions to the Company.
